Colette Dreyer obtained her BSc Human Movement Science and Nutrition degree, BSc Nutrition Honours and BSc Dietetics degree at the North West University Potchefstroom. She completed her community service year in 2019, placed in Gauteng at a Community Health Centre as a sole Dietitian. She began working for Dieticians at work in 2020.
Colette is passionate about a healthy and active lifestyle and enjoys cycling, running and going to the gym. She strives to create health awareness as pro-active measure, and to assist in lifestyle changes by helping people to progress towards and reach their individual goals. Colette promotes healthy food choices, whole foods and eating a balanced diet within the correct portion sizes. She has a passion to work with people and explaining complex concepts to a wider audience while providing optimal patient nutritional solutions and support.
Currently, she serves on the Association for Dietetics in South Africa (Gauteng South branch) committee, to promote continued growth of the dietetic profession. She is dedicated to continuously improve her dietetic knowledge, and to provide education based on the latest research.
As Tony Robbins said, the only impossible journey is the one you never begin. There’s no better time to start as now, and I am willing to walk this journey with you.
